In anticipation of the big snow storm coming tomorrow, I am canceling class (yes, again) tomorrow, Friday, February 5. I expect that JMU will be closed at least part of the day, but regardless, our class will not meet. I will also not be on campus for my office hours.
We will conduct our first workshop the next time we meet. I'm hoping this will be on Monday.
In the meantime, please continue reading the features I posted below (by the way, you don't have to print these, but do take notes in your notebook), and keep your Popular Writing textbook handy in the event of new assigned readings. Keep checking this blog regularly for any updates.
I'm sorry that we haven't gotten more class time this semester, and that we will be missing (at least) two more days next week (Wednesday and Friday). Thank you for working independently.
